Compliance Safe Marketing

How we keep clinic advertising safe within Australian health advertising rules

Important Disclaimer

We support compliance-safe marketing practices and follow AHPRA advertising guidelines and TGA regulations. However, final responsibility for compliance with all relevant regulations sits with the clinic.

We are not legal advisors and this page does not constitute legal advice. Clinics should seek independent legal advice for specific compliance questions.

Our Compliance Process

1. Initial Review

Before writing any ad copy or website content, we review your services, qualifications, and specific compliance requirements. We discuss what claims you can and cannot make based on AHPRA guidelines.

2. Clinic Approval

All ad copy and landing page content is sent to the clinic for review and approval before launch. You have final say on all messaging. We recommend having your practice manager or lead clinician review all content.

3. Ongoing Monitoring

We monitor ad copy and landing pages throughout campaigns. If regulations change or we identify potential issues, we flag them immediately and update content after clinic approval.

What We Avoid

  • ×Testimonials in paid advertising (Google Ads)
  • ×Guaranteed outcomes or cure claims
  • ×"Best", "number one", or superiority claims
  • ×Pressure tactics or inappropriate urgency
  • ×Before and after images in paid ads
  • ×Claims about specific treatment outcomes
  • ×Creating fear or anxiety about conditions
  • ×Targeting vulnerable populations inappropriately

  • Clinic locations and availability
  • Accurate practitioner qualifications and registrations
  • Transparent pricing (with clinic approval)
